Technical education progression profile

T Level in Digital production, design and development - Digital Production, Design and Development

Technical education progression to

Technical education progression profiles show the range of opportunities available following completion of a technical education product, such as a T Level. This could include a range of technical education options, such as apprenticeships, higher education (for example degrees) and employment opportunities.

IfATE has worked with employers, providers and industry experts to identify some of the possible options including content that is common to each and the associated occupational standard. New progression options will be added as occupational standards are updated, and as we continue to engage with employers, providers and industry experts.

It is important to note that while the progression profiles indicate some of the options, many other opportunities will be available.

Technical Education

Technical education options could include apprenticeships, T Levels, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQ) and Level 2 and 3 qualifications. Apprenticeships might also be marked as, not applicable, accelerated or to be confirmed. Please use the glossary to find out more.
